Self-propelled Thermoplastic Applicators |
1. Engine: 5.5 HP manual start or electric start four-stro ke air-cooled gasoline engine. (Option: electric start gasoline or diesel engine or liquefied gas engine).
2. Driving system: Oil-pressure variable speed transmission system with automatical brake device, flexible move in forward, reverse or stop(HTS).
Forward: 0-4km/h.
Reverse: 0-3.2km/h.
Climbing: 15°.
3. Electronic controller: PLC micro-electronic intelligent control for freely adjusting convex line space, length, spaces, height.
Standard convex height: 3-7mm.
RYZ-I:

ZRST: No electrical controller.
4. Heating Fuel: Consist of Valve, furnace, burn nozzle, gas meter, torch and hose. Fueled by 15 kg LPG jar ( 15kg LPG jar supplied by user).
5. Material tank: Heat insulation tank made of stainless steel or antioxidation cold rolled steel with manual vertical agitating device ( option: pneumatic agitating device).
Capacity :65L (about 120kg)
Heating temperature:0-300¡æ, freely adjustable.
6. Glass bead bin: With window for checking beads quantity.
Capacity:15kg.
7. Glass bead dispenser: Automatical quantitative dispensing synchronising with paint screeding system. 
8. Framework: Steel welding frame, surface chrome-plated or coated heat-resistant coating.
9. Marking bucket: Pneumatic screeding structure, made of heat-resistant(2000°C),antioxidation special steel. Drawknife made of tungsten carbide. Standard bucket: 150mm.
10. Locaking rear swivel caster: locks into straight or radius mode for striping straight line, arc or curves line.
11. Lineation width: 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, available by changing marking bucket.
12. Lineation thickness:
RYZ and ZRST 1.5-2.5mm, freely adjustable.
RYZ: Convex line height:3-7mm, freely adjustable.
Option: Operator standing trail chassis.

Thermoplastic Applicator for Zebra Crossing

4. Marking bucket: Screeding structure marking bucket is integrated with material tank with a filter screen inside. Drawknife is made of heat-resistant, abrasion-resistant, antioxidation alloy steel. Capacity: 75kg.
5. Locaking front swivel caster: moving ahead, front wivel caster locks into straight or radius mode for striping straight line, arc or curves line.
6. Guide rod: up, down, left and right freely adjustbale.
7. Marking speed: 6-8m/min.
8. Lination width: 350mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm(optional by changing market bucket).
9. Glass beads system: Automatical quantitative dispensing synchronising with paint screeding system,with window for checking the quantity of glass bead. Capacity: 30kg.
10. Chassis:Framework: Steel welding frame, surface chrome-plated or coated heat-resistant coating.
11. Brake device: foot brake system easy use.
